i think ive hear that the ANWR is nearly the size of the state of Massachusets. if thats true then the likly hood of any accident making a potentail harm to the whole are is unlikly plus if it is passed then congress would (hopefully) put many safeguards in the porvisions to make sure accidents dont occure
